By accessing or using the Majesty FX platform (majestyfx.com), client portals, MetaTrader 5 trading accounts, and related services, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Majesty FX brand is owned and operated by MajestyFX Ltd (Company Registration No. 202500773), registered under the International Business Companies (IBC) Act in Saint Lucia, with associated operations and clearing conducted in affiliation with Majesty Financial Services Ltd (Registration No. 26824 BC 2022, St. Vincent and the Grenadines) and European liaison presence in Limassol, Cyprus.

MajestyFX Ltd is duly registered as an International Business Company in Saint Lucia (Registration No. 202500773, Registered Office: Rodney Bayside Building, Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia). Clearing, bridging, and settlement facilities are supported by Majesty Financial Services Ltd (Registration No. 26824 BC 2022, Registered Office: Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines). Clients contract directly with the designated operating entity under international business governance standards.

Our brokerage services are available exclusively to individuals and corporate entities who are of legal age (at least 18 years old) and fully competent to enter into binding agreements. Majesty FX does not solicit or provide services to residents or citizens of the United States of America, Canada, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any jurisdiction where such distribution would contravene local statutory regulations.

Trading foreign exchange, commodities, indices, and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage magnifies both potential gains and substantial losses. You acknowledge that you trade at your sole discretion and that Majesty FX bears no liability for trading decisions or market losses.

You agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, MT5 logins, investor passwords, and 2FA authentication factors. All transactions, orders, and instructions initiated using your verified credentials are your absolute responsibility.

All deposits must originate from accounts or payment methods held in the identical legal name as your registered Majesty FX profile. Third-party deposits are strictly rejected. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our financial and AML verification protocols. Client funds are maintained in segregated Tier-1 custodial accounts separated from operational company funds.

All proprietary software, logos, trademarks, website designs, text, and institutional charting features are the exclusive property of Majesty FX and protected under international copyright law. Reproduction or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Majesty FX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from internet network failures, liquidity provider disruptions, or force majeure events.

Majesty FX reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate client accounts immediately upon detection of fraudulent conduct, market abuse, latency arbitrage exploitation, or material breach of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing International Business Companies in the operating jurisdiction of incorporation. The parties submit to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of incorporation.
